  • Internet Movie Database -- One of the most comprehensive film sites on the Net.
  • KIDS FIRST! -- Reviews of 1800+ films, videos, DVDs, audio recordings, TV programs and CD-ROMs for children, from the The Coalition for Quality Children's Media.
  • Metacritic -- Excellent source of current popular film and video reviews from the country's leading critics.
  • National Video Resources -- Building audiences for independent film and video, with an emphasis on the library market.
  • Video Librarian Online -- The best source for reviews of non-fiction video.
  • Video Round Table -- Part of the American Library Association, VRT advocates for video collections and services in libraries, and forges alliances with other national film and video organizations.

MUSIC:

  • All-Music Guide -- Reviews, discographies, artist profiles, links.
  • Dove Awards -- Discographies for Gospel/Christian recordings can be tough to find. The Dove awards, the industry's premier honor for inspirational music, are a good source.
  • Lyrics World -- Search engine for lyrics.
  • Metacritic -- Excellent source of current music reviews from the country's leading critics.
