PLA
2004 National Conference
Edit Preconference and Program Proposals Site
You have accessed this site because a member of the PLA 2004 National
Conference Program Subcommittee (Seattle) has asked you to make changes
in a preconference or program proposal you previously submitted. The site
is open for editing only; no new proposals may be entered.
In order to access your proposal, you will need to click on either the
"Edit a Preconference Proposal" or the "Edit a Program Proposal" link
listed at the bottom of this screen.
Once you are linked to either of those sites, you will be prompted to
enter your ID and Password. These were assigned to you when you initially
submitted the proposal. If you cannot remember your password and ID, simply
click on Forgotten Your Password?, follow the instructions and it will
be emailed to you in minutes.
Once you've entered your ID and Password, a listing for your proposal
should appear on the screen and you should be able to make changes. Once
you've finished making changes, be sure to print a hard copy for your
records. When ready to submit your edited proposal, simply click on the
Save or Submit button.
An email confirmation with the changed information will not be sent you.
However, once requested changes have been made, your proposal can be included
in the next phase of the approval process. Final notification of whether
or not your program has been approved for presentation at the 2004 PLA
National Conference will be sent out beginning April 1.
Thank you for participating in the 2004 PLA National Conference proposal
process. PLA appreciates your interest in making the Seattle conference
a success. If you have any questions about the process contact Linda Bostrom
at 800/545-2433, ext. 5027, or lbostrom@ala.org.
